Due to the unexpected and sudden death of a sibling two other siblings and I had to immediately travel across the country to California to handle our sibling’s affairs and the disposition of his possessions. Upon our arrival at his apartment we were completely overwhelmed as to how to handle the enormous task at hand within the few days we had in which to complete it. Through an internet search I found Bio-One of San Francisco. The various services advertised seemed to be exactly what we needed. I reached out and my call was immediately answered by Diego. Within hours he met us at the apartment to assess the situation. He was very calm and reassuring about his team being able to get the job done in the timeframe we had. One day later his team arrived and the work began. The compassion, sensitivity and respect for the situation by each and every team member was far and above anything I could have hoped for. We simply could not imagine that this job could be completed in 2 days but it was! Not only did the team assist us in getting the apartment completely emptied but they very thoroughly cleaned it as well. I don’t typically write reviews but I had to write one for this company. I so highly recommend this company and their team to get the job done with the sensitivity and compassion needed to assist in the midst of grief and an incredibly challenging and overwhelming situation.

Diego and his crew were very professional and understanding during the clean up of my relatives house. I never felt judged or embarrassed at any time during the process despite the huge mess my family member left. The price was very fair and I would not hesitate to recommend Diego and Bio One to anyone in need of his services!

Diego and Elizabeth provided us the help we needed. The whole team came ready and willing to help us clear and remove years of accumulated stuff. There were rooms in the home that were difficult to get into, but Diego's team moved quickly in clearing a path so my daughters and I can look through things documents, jewelry, photos, money, we wanted to keep. We felt safe and secure knowing Diego is in our home removing all the years of junk and garbage. Hoarding was severe and Diego cleared and cleaned out our 2 bedroom duplex in 3 days. We all felt relieved and grateful to Diego. When Diego says ""Don't worry"" it is going to be okay! No need to call anyone else; call Diego of Bio-One of San Francisco We have a friend for life!
