I had to find a deep cleaning and junk removal service to help prepare my mother’s apartment for her return home from the hospital. I live overseas so this was actually becoming difficult to manage remotely having only an international phone number. Diego made this very easy for me by communicating via WhatsApp (something other companies, surprisingly, couldn’t manage). He was very responsive to my request and was able to mobilize quickly as this was a time sensitive project. He was also flexible with us on the payment, allowing a deposit and second payment. The service was solid and he had a very empathetic, helpful and compassionate approach with me.

If you've ever seen the show hoarders, then you need a team like this one to help you out. Diego and his team were hard-working, communicative every step of the way and very understanding/compassionate throughout the whole cleanup process. The project we hired them for was easily worse than many of the hoarders episodes. Tons and tons (literally) of e-waste, biohazard waste, and things that would condemn a home in a heartbeat. They didn't bat an eye and did everything from junk removal, biohazard remediation, to deep cleaning of the home. They brought a 40 cubic yard dump truck and hauled away 5 dump trucks worth. Every day was a noticeable achievement. What we thought was an insurmountable project suddenly became doable. And most of all, the amount of burden Diego and his team lifted off our shoulders (literally and figuratively) was incredible. Given the scope of work and our timeline (mine, not Diego's) we stopped about 2/3 of the way through and hope to have Diego and his team back out on site later in the year to finish up the remaining 1/3. 100% would recommend his team to anyone.

Diego and team are fantastic. They are smart, hard-working, respectful, and kind. I had a hoarding cleaning - they worked with my limits, found things I needed them to find, found other things (a passport!) that I hadn't even asked them to find, and in 2 days transformed my house from a toxic site to a home. Part of my direction was to save all photos, books, and paperwork. It took longer, but they stacked them neatly around the edges, by category, making it much easier for me to deal with them. I heartily recommend Bio One of San Francisco. They are safe to work with and worth the money!
