Due to the unexpected and sudden death of a sibling two other siblings and I had to immediately travel across the country to California to handle our sibling’s affairs and the disposition of his possessions. Upon our arrival at his apartment we were completely overwhelmed as to how to handle the enormous task at hand within the few days we had in which to complete it. Through an internet search I found Bio-One of San Francisco. The various services advertised seemed to be exactly what we needed. I reached out and my call was immediately answered by Diego. Within hours he met us at the apartment to assess the situation. He was very calm and reassuring about his team being able to get the job done in the timeframe we had. One day later his team arrived and the work began. The compassion, sensitivity and respect for the situation by each and every team member was far and above anything I could have hoped for. We simply could not imagine that this job could be completed in 2 days but it was! Not only did the team assist us in getting the apartment completely emptied but they very thoroughly cleaned it as well. I don’t typically write reviews but I had to write one for this company. I so highly recommend this company and their team to get the job done with the sensitivity and compassion needed to assist in the midst of grief and an incredibly challenging and overwhelming situation.

Diego and team are fantastic. They are smart, hard-working, respectful, and kind. I had a hoarding cleaning - they worked with my limits, found things I needed them to find, found other things (a passport!) that I hadn't even asked them to find, and in 2 days transformed my house from a toxic site to a home. Part of my direction was to save all photos, books, and paperwork. It took longer, but they stacked them neatly around the edges, by category, making it much easier for me to deal with them.
